2. This cash back offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Sales people employed at participating stores are also ineligible to claim under the offer.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims at any time during or after the promotion, and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.The Promotion commences at 7am AEST on October 9, 2009 and closes at 5pm AEST on April 9, 2010. If entering online, entries must be submitted with a product purchase barcode by 5.00pm AEST on April 16, 2010. If entering via mail, entries must be received by last mail April 16, 2010 and accompanied with a proof-of-purchase receipt to be valid to receive the claim. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected orders. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.To claim under the Caroma cash back offer, claimants must purchase Caroma products in Australia from a participating retail outlet to the minimum value of $500.00 in one purchase. Claimants must supply all required details to the promoter concerning the  purchase and retain a copy of the purchase receipt. Such required details include name, address and phone number and this is mandatory for participation in the promotion.

6. Each valid entry received will receive a cheque from the promoter for the $50.00 ‘cash back’ amount. Each claimant or entrant is entitled to one cash back redemption of $50.00 for each $500.00 minimum purchase during the promotional period. The cash back cheque will be sent to the claimant via ordinary post within 21 working days of the claim being processed.

7. Claimants acknowledge that standard lead times may apply to ordered products and that some product orders may experience unusual delays.  If a claimant requests and is granted a refund on their purchase then at the discretion of the promoter the claimant may be held to be ineligible for the cash back.   Where the cash back amount of $50 has been received by a claimant, and subsequently the claimant seeks a refund in relation to the Caroma product which formed the basis of the claimant’s entry, the promoter is entitled to deduct the cash back amount of $50 from the refund amount which ordinarily would have been refunded to the claimant.
