To retrieve your password, please follow the following steps:

  • Enter your Email address.
  • Click Submit button.
  • You will recieve an email with a Temporary password.
  • Login to My Caroma using your Email address and Temporary password.
  • Change your password by clicking on the ‘ Edit my profile ’ link and then following the ‘ Change my password ’ link.
